4. Look online on musician websites such as Bandcamp or ReverbNation.
These are great resources because they allow users to search based on location, genre, instrument of choice, etc., making it easier than ever before to find like-minded individuals near you who share similar interests when it comes to creating music together!
Plus these sites let users upload tracks so that others can listen before deciding whether or not they want to work together.

5. Attend open mic nights at local bars & clubs
When all else fails, attend an open mic night at one of your favorite watering holes! Not only will this give you an opportunity to check out what kind of talent is playing around the area but also let people know that you’re interested in forming collaborations with other artists – just make sure not to take over all the mics during these events!
